Overview
امرأة بلا قيد (Woman Without Restraint) is an Egyptian drama thriller set in the border town of Ras El-Bar, where Abdel Hamid, an officer with the border guards, becomes an unwitting pawn in a drug-smuggling operation. The gypsy woman Nour exploits his position and trust to facilitate shipments for the criminal boss Abu Doma. When Abdel Hamid uncovers the deception and confronts Abu Doma directly, a violent clash ensues that sets a dangerous chain of events in motion. The film is a taut Egyptian thriller examining how manipulation and temptation can ensnare an honest man on the wrong side of the law.
