A Woman's Heart is an Egyptian romantic drama following Khairiya, a wealthy young woman whose engagement to her cousin Amin collapses when her family loses its fortune. Abandoned by a fiancé who wanted wealth more than love, Khairiya rebuilds her life from scratch and meets Fayez, a self-made man of humble origins who genuinely loves her. Despite Fayez's growing prosperity, her family opposes the match on grounds of social class, placing Khairiya in the middle of a tug-of-war between family expectations and genuine affection.
