Overview
Majaneen Bel Wiratha (Crazy by Inheritance) is an Egyptian comedy film in which wealthy Jaafar announces a financial prize for anyone bearing the name of his former honest employee Al-Fermawi — or one of his sons — with the condition that the winner must be a bachelor eligible to marry his daughter Laila. Four men carrying the same name answer the call: a decent upright man, a simpleton, a cunning swindler, and a painter. Their competing claims and clashing personalities spark a chain of comedic situations as each scrambles to prove his worthiness.
