Fathiya wal Marsidus is an Egyptian comedy thriller following Fathi, an ordinary man who inadvertently witnesses a brutal murder on the street and catches a glimpse of one of the killers' faces. When he later spots the suspect on television and realizes the perpetrator is a powerful official named Al-Adwy, Fathi's simple life is turned upside down.
