Hassan ElAsmar

An Egyptian folk singer, born in 1959 in Abbasiya in the city of Cairo, but whose origins are in Qena Governorate. From an early age, he frequented dhikr circles and wedding parties. He recorded his first popular song (Aleel Ana Ya Tamr Henna), which was an important step towards the production of his first album. He went to work in cinema, theater and television, and among the series he worked in was (Arabesque), and in the theater he appeared in the play (Balou), while among his most famous songs were (Tuhan, Samara, what can I do with you? He has disappeared from the artistic scene for a while since his participation in the series (Qamar). He passed away on August 7, 2011 due to a heart attack at the age of 52.
