Overview
This Safe Must Not Be Broken Into is an Egyptian comedy with a moral twist. A professional thief infiltrates the home of a publishing house owner under the guise of employment, patiently waiting for the right moment to crack the safe. But as the owner's unconditional trust in him deepens, the thief finds himself increasingly conflicted — and when a criminal gang starts applying pressure of their own, he makes a choice that surprises everyone, including himself: he turns to the police to help bring the gang down. A lighthearted film that places humor in the service of a story about conscience, trust, and the unexpected turns of a life of crime.
