Spider's Web, is a 1985 Egyptian movie, directed by Abdul Latif Zaki, and starring Mahmoud Yassin, Noura. Raghda.
Spider's Web is an Arabic social drama that pits integrity against deeply entrenched workplace corruption. Engineer Khaled is appointed Chairman of the Board of a company left in disarray by a corrupt predecessor, with everyone looking to him to clean house and restore ethical standards. But two employees, Fayek and Elham, have no intention of letting their influence be dismantled. Elham mounts a calculated seduction campaign, drawing Khaled into an affair that causes him to divorce his wife — leaving him compromised and dependent. The film is a tense cautionary tale about the personal and professional cost of walking into a world where every handshake may conceal an ulterior motive, and where the truly dangerous traps are made not of steel but of desire and manipulation.
