Mabrouk and Bulbul is an Egyptian romantic social drama that follows two childhood sweethearts whose lives diverge painfully before fate brings them back together. Meanwhile, Bulbul flees the village after suffering at the hands of her stepmother, falling into a harsh life in Cairo.
