Adam's Village is an Egyptian social drama set in a poor coastal fishing community where a group of friends, crushed by poverty, slide from petty theft into something far more serious when they become entangled in a murder. A corrupt police officer sees their vulnerability as an opportunity and exploits them to advance his own agenda in the village. As the powerful prey on the powerless, the story escalates toward an unsparing confrontation between ordinary people and a system rigged against them.
