Imsk Haramy is an Egyptian comedy film following Osama, a young man who puts more faith in luck than effort. His precarious life takes a dramatic turn when he believes he has accidentally killed a police officer, sending him on the run and into a series of increasingly farcical predicaments. When he learns that a wealthy man's safe contains a precious jewel, the fugitive decides to add theft to his list of misadventures, attempting a heist that his limited skills make comically ill-suited for. The film builds its humor around an endearingly hapless protagonist who always seems to be one bad decision away from disaster.
