Overview
Al Rajul Al Lazi Atas (The Man Who Sneezed) is an Egyptian comedy with a darkly comic premise: Masaad, a man plagued by relentless chronic sneezing, is told by his doctor that he has only a few months to live. His opportunistic manager Murad seizes on the diagnosis, appointing Masaad as warehouse custodian while continuing to embezzle company funds, confident that his unwitting accomplice won't be around long enough to face consequences. Masaad, freed from fear of the future, marries his colleague Mawaada and splurges lavishly on her — until a routine stock audit threatens to expose everything. A sharp Egyptian farce about mortality, greed, and the absurdity of living on borrowed time.
