Overview

The Case No. 1 is an Arabic drama series that begins with a marriage and ends in accusation. When civilian pilot Shamil survives a plane crash but is left paralyzed, the trauma transforms him into a cruel and suspicious man who rejects his devoted wife Salwa. His uncle arranges for Nadia — a nurse with a dark past including accusations of patricide — to care for him. Nadia systematically poisons Shamil's mind against Salwa, falsely alleging an affair between her and Shamil's brother Adel, newly arrived from Canada. A tightly wound domestic thriller built on betrayal, manipulation, and fractured trust.
