Youssef Al Assal

An Egyptian actor, born in 1947, he worked in an airline company, until some directors chose him in the mid-seventies to embody the role of a foreigner due to his appearance and his knowledge of the English and French languages. His most prominent cinematic works include (Life is a Moment) and (The Last Gentleman). At the beginning of the new millennium, he intensified his television activity, as he participated in many series, including (King Farouk), (Places in the Heart), and (Saraya Abdeen). He died in 2014 after a group of thieves broke into his house located in the Heliopolis area and assaulted it.
