Overview

The Third Class is an Egyptian social comedy that exposes the glaring gap between a football club's ordinary supporters and its self-serving management, led by the opportunistic Aouf and his inner circle who reap rewards without effort. When Sorour is appointed to represent the disgruntled third-class stands on the club council, he quickly uncovers the depth of the management's greed and corruption. Tensions escalate until the board plots to demolish the third-class bleachers entirely, prompting the local community to rise up in a defiant stand that becomes a broader symbol of popular resistance against exploitation.
