Iidini Aqlak is a classic Egyptian slapstick comedy about two naive village men, Jazar and Ghoneim, whose jealousy of their friend Kamal — who returned from Cairo with a beautiful bride — sends them on an ill-fated mission to find Cairene wives of their own. Once in the big city, their country innocence makes them easy prey: they are swindled by a professional con artist and end up working as servants in a doctor's household.
