
Egyptian director and editor, born February 20, 1917. He did not complete his education, and began his career as an assistant editor in small production companies. Until he was appointed to Studio Misr as editor and assistant director. Among the most important films he edited are: (Bullet in the Heart) 1944, (Escape from Prison) 1948, (Blood in the Desert) 1950, (Give Me Your Mind) 1952,...and others. He also directed two films: (Age One) 1954, and (Kingdom of Women) 1995. He directed television films, and has many documentary works about industries, which he directed for oil companies. He married Al-Montira (Hoda Al-Mahdia). He died on September 11, 1968. He directed The Kingdom of Women and Age One
