An Egyptian actress, whose full name is (Salwa Muhammad Morsi Khattab), she was born in Cairo in 1959, and graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 1978. Her artistic career began after director Henry Barakat nominated her to participate in the film (Lovers Under Twenty), but her major breakthrough came with her participation in the series (Hind and Dr. Noman). Since that time, Salwa Khattab has worked between cinema and television, and her cinematic works include: (Crowaders, Desouki Effendi in the Summer, Asphalt Goblins, The Magician), and her television works include: (Raafat Al-Hagan, Stray Light, Morning and Evening Talk, Friendly Fire).
