Maryam Al-Saleh is a prominent Kuwaiti actress, born in 1946, and is considered one of the first women to enter the field of acting in the Arabian Gulf. She began her artistic career in the sixties, and contributed to the development of Kuwaiti drama through her various roles in theater and television.
Maryam Al-Saleh presented many works that dealt with social and family issues, and was distinguished by her ability to embody characters in a manner characterized by depth and realism. She received wide appreciation in the artistic community and received several awards in honor of her contributions.
Maryam Al-Saleh is considered one of the important figures in the history of Kuwaiti art, and left a clear mark on the Gulf art scene.
