An Egyptian actress who appeared in the early forties with a role in the movie “A Groom from Istanbul,” and her artistic career continued until the end of the seventies. I worked in the theater with the play “Bayoumi Effendi” in 1972. She also worked on television in the series “Al-Kenz” in 1969 and “Bitter Honey” in 1966. She always played secondary roles, and the popular or rural woman often played the role of mother and protector. She can be seen in the role of the kidnapped mother-in-law of Uncle Saber (Tawfiq Al-Daqen) in the movie “In Search of a Scandal” in 1973.
