A Woman, Unfortunately is an Egyptian romantic drama starring Yousra in a dual role as twin orphaned sisters — Heba and Nadia — who could not be more different. Heba is measured, refined, and quietly devoted to her university professor, played by Karam Mattawa. Nadia, by contrast, is impulsive and single-mindedly obsessed with wealth by any means available. When Nadia encounters Khaled, played by Sami El Adl, and discovers he works at a company led by the prominent Salah Zulfikar, their lives and ambitions become entangled in ways that force both sisters to confront what they truly want — and what they are willing to sacrifice to get it.
