Overview
The Killer of Karmoz is an Egyptian thriller that follows Morsi as he is drawn into a world of crime through his colleague Medhat, who recruits him into a drug trafficking operation. The gang's ruthless leader Mahrous swiftly turns on Morsi, framing him for murder and drug possession and condemning him to life imprisonment. After escaping from prison, Morsi crosses paths with a woman known as Sett Hassan, while Mahrous eliminates Medhat — but not before Medhat, in his final moments, reveals to Morsi the full truth of Mahrous's treachery. As Morsi flees toward the sea, desperately evading those who could clear his name, the film builds toward a tense and unpredictable climax.
