Avenging Ragab, is a 1984 Egyptian movie, directed by Ahmed Tharwat, and starring Younes Shalaby, Hala Fakher, Sabry Abdelmonem. with a runtime of 107 minutes.
Avenging Ragab is an Egyptian comedy film following Shandawili and Ashmawy, two country friends who travel to Cairo on a simple errand: find a contact named Abdel-Al and arrange the purchase of a modern farming machine. Out of their depth in the big city, they quickly fall into the clutches of the dangerous Abu Hatab gang. As events spiral, Shandawili catches the eye of Feryal, a young woman entangled with the criminals who ultimately decides to change her ways. Together, Shandawili and Feryal take on the gang by going to the police, in a film that mines its comedy from the collision of rural innocence and urban scheming.
