Overview

Men in the Storm is an Egyptian drama set in the port city of Suez, where quiet widower Radwan works at a railway quarry warehouse. His uneventful life is disrupted when the thief Selim breaks in to rob him, only to find there is nothing worth taking. The situation grows complicated when Selim's mistress Aziza sets her sights on Radwan, deciding to make him fall in love with her. The film constructs a tense human triangle in which innocence, deception, and desire collide against the industrial backdrop of Suez, drawing its dramatic energy from the gap between what each character wants and what they are willing to do to get it.
