Intesar Al-Islam (The Victory of Islam) is an Egyptian historical film set during the early dawn of Islam. The story centers on a young Muslim man who embraces the new faith and endeavors to guide his companions toward it. While some around him accept the call, one close friend refuses and clings firmly to his polytheistic beliefs. Against this backdrop of spiritual conflict and social upheaval, the devout young man marries a girl who had been held captive by the obstinate polytheist. The film dramatizes the early struggles of the Muslim community, depicting themes of faith, liberation, and moral courage against the injustice and ignorance of pre-Islamic Arabia.
