Qadam Al Kheir is an Egyptian comedy drama film following Ihsan, a Lebanese man who arrives in Cairo to team up with his Egyptian friend Marzouk, and together they land an engagement at a nightclub. Their luck seems to improve when businessman Massoud Bey hires them to perform at his daughter Samiha's birthday party — but the celebration turns to mourning when news arrives of Massoud's brother's death. The arrival of Mabrouka, his rural niece and the sole heir to the estate, triggers a deadly plot to eliminate her. When Ihsan falls for Mabrouka and proposes, he unwittingly places himself between her and the danger she does not yet know she is in.
