The Shadow of the Pharaoh is a historical adventure film set in ancient Egypt during the reign of Pharaoh Amemphis III. When the most powerful figures at court — the scheming vizier Burkis and a fanatical xenophobic priest — conspire to overthrow the Pharaoh, their plot turns murderous as they assassinate the crown prince Aker. Hope rests on Aker's twin brother, who uncovers the conspiracy and races to stop the power-hungry plotters before they can complete their takeover of the kingdom. A classic tale of loyalty, betrayal, and royal intrigue set against the grandeur of the ancient Egyptian world.
