Hubb Al-Banat (Girl's Love) is an Egyptian romantic comedy film starring an acclaimed trio: Laila Alawi, Hanan Turk, and Hana Sheha. Three half-sisters, each from a different mother and previously unacquainted, are bound by their father's will to live together in one house for a full year in order to claim their inheritance. Laila Alawi plays the gentle and emotional Nada; Hanan Turk plays Ghada, a fiercely independent woman raised in Alexandria who has built walls against feeling; and Hana Sheha plays Roqaya, an Egyptian who grew up in England and finds herself navigating the clash between two worlds when she returns to Cairo.
