Immobilia Crime Story is an Egyptian psychological drama set within the historic Imobilia building in downtown Cairo. Kamel Helmy, a celebrated writer in his late forties, lives alone in the iconic building after losing his wife and watching his children leave home. Tormented by loneliness and schizophrenia, the line between reality and delusion begins to blur for him. In a desperate bid to escape his isolation, he reaches out to Samah, a young woman he befriended on Facebook, and an unsettling relationship develops that raises questions about identity, loneliness, and connection in the modern city.
