Tears Without Sins, is a 1980 Egyptian movie, directed by Hassan Youssef, and starring Shams El-Barudy, Hassan Youssef. Hussein Fahmy.
Tears Without Sins is an Egyptian drama centered on a woman whose marriage to a struggling doctor is already strained by their inability to have children. When her husband secretly takes a second wife and fathers a child, she leaves for Greece, where she meets a painter. She returns home believing the painter assaulted her while she was drunk and that she is carrying his child — but the truth is far more complicated: medical evidence reveals the child is her husband's, and the painter never touched her. The film is an emotionally charged exploration of false accusation, broken trust, and the fragility of a woman's sense of truth and self in a society quick to judge.
