Overview
Coward in Love is an Egyptian romantic drama following Magdy, a young man from a middle-class family who enrolls in medical school to fulfill his father's dream. There he becomes entangled in an emotionally charged relationship with Souad, the wife of his professor Dr. Ahmed Fikry, a bond that grows more complicated and dangerous with each passing day. Tragedy intervenes when Souad dies in an accident, leaving Magdy adrift. He finds solace in his classmate Samira, who supports his studies, only for her to leave him and marry another doctor. The film is a tender, melancholic study of longing, hesitation, and love that repeatedly slips through one man's hands.
