Where Do You Hide the Sun? is an Egyptian drama film following Sheikh Mahmoud, an Al-Azhar cleric who embarks on a tour of Europe to engage young Arabs drifting away from faith and religion. At a seminar, he meets Sharif, who challenges him to do more than lecture — to live alongside young people lost in lives of excess and moral uncertainty. The Sheikh accepts, embarking on an unexpected spiritual and human journey that forces him to confront the real complexities of faith, modernity, and what it takes to truly reach a generation in crisis. The film features a mixed Arab cast drawing characters from Egypt, Libya, and Morocco.
