Overview

Ahlan Ya Captin is an Egyptian romantic comedy centered on Raafat, a sailor who reunites with his ex-girlfriend Madiha — a woman who has made her ambitions clear: she will only marry a wealthy man. Together, Raafat and Madiha hatch an elaborate scheme to make millionaire Azzouz fall in love with her so she can access his fortune and fund her dream life. As with most romantic schemes, their plan begins to spiral out of control, generating a series of comedic complications. The film is a light-hearted look at love, money, and the lengths people will go to in the name of both.
