Youssef Darwish

Youssef Darwish, Kuwaiti actor, born July 16, 1941. He began his artistic career on Kuwait Television. He is considered one of the founders of the Arab Theater Troupe by participating in many of the plays produced by the troupe in the sixties and seventies, such as the play “Put their tricks among them,” which was shown in 1968, and the play “Tonight Yasl Muhqan,” which was shown in 1969. He is considered the most famous acting extra in Gulf art, as major stars use him to present certain characters, whether through their television or theatrical works. His works include the Al-Malqoufa series and the Buhbash series. He died on November 14, 2010, at the age of 69, in Kuwait
