
An Egyptian actor, from the first generation of Egyptian cinema. He worked in supporting roles in many films. He began his artistic career at the end of the 1930s until his breakthrough in 1953 with the film Dahab He participated in most of Ms. Umm Kulthum’s films. His works include the film The Confession Chair in 1949, and the film The Public Prosecutor in 1946. He died on February 22, 1959.
