An Egyptian actor, born in Alexandria. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce, then he also obtained a bachelor’s degree from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. The beginning of his artistic work was through the university theatre, then he joined the Vanguard Theater a few years later in 1976. But his fame was due to his intense efforts in working in television dramas, which dominated his list of works. Among his most famous works are: (Who does not love Fatima, Al-Fursan, Al-Wasiyya, Al-Mal and Al-Banun, Wolves of the Mountain, and Souq Al-Asr), and despite his limited cinematic production compared to what he presented on television, he participated in the starring of many important works, including: (The Return of a Citizen, Hara).
