Terweed al-Rajol is an Egyptian romantic comedy built around Abbas al-Hakim, a well-known author who has made a career out of criticizing women in his writing, viewing them as obstacles to male freedom. A confirmed bachelor with no intention of changing his ways, Abbas is caught off-guard when he encounters the headmistress of a girls' school during one of his lectures. Charmed against his will, he finds his entire worldview challenged by the woman he least expected to admire. A classic battle-of-the-sexes comedy that delivers its message with humor and heart.
