Leleit Gawaz Al Shaghala is an Egyptian popular comedy that begins when Rabiha, a woman from Upper Egypt, arrives in Cairo driven by a desire for revenge against Dr. Shawqi Zaidan, whom she holds responsible for her father's death. Circumstances lead her to become stranded in the home of Alaa, a struggling and unsuccessful screenwriter. When she places a marriage announcement, a plumber named Abu Saad responds — claiming to be a doctor.
