Overview
Luebat Alashrar is an Egyptian psychological thriller that pulls four characters into a dangerous web of secrets, old passions, and cold revenge. Writer Riyad marries Camelia despite knowing of her past relationship with his lawyer Azmi, who in turn marries Riyad's secretary Manar. Beneath the surface civility, Manar suspects the old flame between Azmi and Camelia has been rekindled. She secretly records Camelia urging Azmi toward violence, then orchestrates a carefully staged confrontation designed to expose both of them to Riyad. The film is a tightly wound drama of deception and calculated retribution, where everyone is playing a game and the stakes are real.
