The Vagabonds is an Egyptian comedy film about two sworn rivals who share the same shameless profession: seducing wealthy women for personal gain. When one threatens to expose the other's schemes, the two con men reluctantly forge an alliance and check into a luxury hotel with a single target in mind — a beautiful young woman they believe to be a millionaire. Their schemes grow ever more elaborate as they compete for her attention, each trying to outmaneuver the other. The punchline arrives when they discover she is as broke as they are — a fittingly comic comeuppance for two men who live by deception.
