Overview
Al-Mutarada Al-Akhira is an Egyptian thriller that begins in the shadow of a death, as the corrupt Safwat moves swiftly to seize control of his late wife's fortune and then sets his sights on her daughter Amira's share of the inheritance. Amira flees, finding refuge with her friend Nahid and Nahid's brother — but Safwat strikes back, engineering a false embezzlement charge that sends the brother to prison. With her protector behind bars and Safwat tightening his grip on her, Amira's situation becomes desperate. Her only hope lies with Ahmed, who must break free to prove his innocence and rescue Amira before Safwat's control becomes absolute. The film is a taut, suspenseful chase between corruption and justice.
