Overview

Al-Kalima Al-Akhira is an Egyptian romantic drama centered on Zahra, a young woman who performs traditional folk songs with her father Marzouq at popular celebrations. Her life changes when she catches the eye of Aziz, a wealthy businessman who becomes engaged to her — but conceals her working-class background from his mother, falsely claiming she comes from an established family. Parallel to their romance, Zahra's neighbor is entangled in a love affair with a man who keeps delaying their marriage, and Aziz takes it upon himself to convince the reluctant suitor to commit. When the lives of both couples become intertwined, a stunning surprise reshapes everything they thought they knew, delivering an emotionally charged finale.
