Overview

The Rich and the Poor is an Egyptian social drama following Nabil, an honest and principled veterinarian who is transferred to Assiut after his integrity proves inconvenient for the influential Saleh. Offered a position on Saleh's farm, Nabil throws himself into improving the operation while navigating a hostile and politically charged environment. Tensions between Saleh and his rival Boraie soon boil over when Boraie's son kidnaps Dina, drawing Nabil deeper into a web of power, greed, and personal loyalty.
