Overview

Al-Batiniyya is an Egyptian drama series set in a neighborhood where a drug dealer runs a woodworking factory as cover for his criminal enterprise. His world begins to crack from within: his daughter defies him by marrying a police officer, and his son secretly weds a poor girl the father is determined to separate from him. When the threat of that separation becomes real, the young wife turns to revenge — setting off a collision between family loyalties, criminal power, and personal honor in a neighborhood where nothing stays hidden for long.
