Samir Abdelazim

An Egyptian director, born in 1942. He made his artistic path through directing on the Egyptian Radio, where he held several positions, the last of which was (Vice President of the Radio). All this is in addition to his creativity in many works that influenced Egyptian cinema, such as: (Mouths and Rabbits, At the Minister’s Gate, Shaaban Below Zero, Rajab on a Hot Tin, and other distinguished films. He also directed the series (Neither an Angel nor a Devil), which was then turned into a movie on the Middle East station during the month of Ramadan. His last work was (Abu Al-Dahab) by the star Ahmed Zaki, after which he suffered a heart attack and died as a result in 2001.
