Latifa Amin

An Egyptian actress, her artistic activity was limited to the 1940s, and she played secondary, auxiliary roles, often the role of the popular mother, the guardian, and the guide. She was also a member of the Ramses theatrical troupe. She is the wife of Al-Atar (Abdel Fattah Al-Qasri) in the movie “Intisar Al-Shabab” in 1941. She is the mother of Ibrahim Metwally (Youssef Wehbe) in the movie “Bint Dhawat” in 1942. She is also the mother of Taha (Youssef Wehbe) in the movie “Ibn Al-Haddad” in 1944. Among her most prominent roles is the role of Hafiza Shafi’i in the movie “Angel of Mercy” in 1946 with Youssef Wehbe and Faten Hamama.
