Overview
Murder by Sequence is an Egyptian thriller drama centered on Laila, a sharp and self-made businesswoman who has carved out a powerful position among international business circles abroad. Returning home to convince her engineer daughter to join her, she faces an unexpected refusal. The tension escalates when Laila uncovers a conspiracy by her own partners in questionable dealings, prompting her to threaten them with incriminating documents. After a prolonged struggle, she resolves to leave her dangerous professional life behind and rebuild her relationship with her daughter — but her decision comes dangerously late, as events spiral beyond her control.
