Call of Blood is an Egyptian drama thriller driven by jealousy, betrayal, and long-deferred revenge. Buthaina, secretary to the calculating Shawqi, turns down his marriage proposal because her heart belongs to her relative Adel. Unable to accept rejection, Shawqi schemes against Adel and succeeds in having him imprisoned for years on a false pretext. The film's tension simmers through Adel's years behind bars, building toward the inevitable reckoning when he walks free and sets out to expose and confront the man who stole years of his life — and the woman he loves.
