Raouf is an Egyptian engineer who immigrated to America after the failure of his first love story and his rejection by the family of his beloved Hanan. Throughout the events that depict 30 years in the life of this engineer, the viewer feels his nostalgia for his life in Egypt despite his marriage and the birth of his only daughter, whom he accompanies to Egypt after the death of her mother, where his first love is renewed with tenderness.
