Ana Wal-Adhraa Wal-Jady is an Egyptian family drama that opens with a deathbed confession: the patriarch Abu Al-Maati reveals to his son Salim that the young man Hussein, raised in their household, is actually Salim's brother. Greed immediately takes hold — Salim burns the documents proving this and conceals the truth from his sister Najwa, determined to keep the entire inheritance for himself. The deception deepens dangerously when Hussein falls in love with Najwa and the two plan to wed. Faced with an impossible silence, Abu Al-Maati realises he must confess the truth before it is too late. A story of family secrets, moral failure, and the devastating cost of greed, the film builds to an emotionally charged confrontation with no easy resolution.
