Egyptian actor. He was born in Qalyubia to an engineer father and a doctor mother. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University in 1979, then joined the Institute of Dramatic Arts and graduated from it in 1983. He participated in many television works, including (The Prisoner, In Our House is a Man, and the Nile is Still Flowing, Love and the Flood, Uqba bin Nafi, The House of Zaafarani, The Time of Thirst, Fire and Ashes, It Never Was, Ziryab, The Time of Imad al-Din). He also participated in the theater with a number of plays, including (We Say What, The Farce, The Gypsy, and Visa).
